WE OFFER PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY OF OUR PUBLIC-SECTOR ORIENTED TRAINING BY OUR EXCEPTIONAL FACILITATORS.

Our facilitators use their real-life experience working for public sector and corporate organizations to deliver real-life training.  Utilizing adult learners’ own experience, and course delivery technology, help learners stay engaged and excited about their learning.

Participants gain new and improved strategies, learn principles of best practice, and exercise straightforward usable strategies that they can take back to their jobs.  Increased confidence from training, empowers employees to exercise initiative on the job.

HISTORY

Three E Training was established in 1988 by former employees of the Office of the Comptroller General in Victoria, BC to administer the Province’s Financial Certificate Program and deliver financial and procurement governance training across the provincial government. Over the years the company expanded its training to other provincial, territorial, state and municipal governments in Canada and the US Pacific Northwest.

In 2015, Three E Training re-established itself in Edmonton, Alberta. Our company continues to direct its experience, knowledge efforts to the unique needs and environment within the public sector. Three E Training continues to expand its course offerings directed to the public sector in areas such as communications and risk management.  We are also developing more on-line webinar training all the time.
